Here is where I am most of the day; behind my computer, working, freelance from home, I love it.

Typical Dutch! This cupboard is my favourite. I painted the wall behind it in the same colour.
Typisch Hollands! Deze kast is mijn favoriet in huis. De muur erachter verfde ik in dezelfde kleur.

I like to combine all sorts of finds. On the picture my brother and family.
Ik houd ervan om allerlei spulletjes te combineren. Op de foto mijn broer met z'n familie.

I embroider everything that's got little holes in it.
Ik borduur alles waar maar gaatjes in zitten.

Yes China... I've been there twice. In some parts of China the little children wear these kind of hats. With the little buddhas to keep them safe.
Ja, China... daar ben ik twee keer geweest. In bepaalde delen van het land dragen de kinderen dit soort mutsjes. Met kleine boeddha'tjes om ze te beschermen.

More China. I printed one photo of every far away trip on canvas and put them all on a shelf.
Meer China. Van elke verre reis heb ik een foto op canvas laten drukken en die staan nu op een plank naast elkaar.

These flat little pebbles I found on a beach, the colours are beautiful.
Deze platte steentje vond ik op een strandje, ze zijn zo mooi van kleur.

Me and my love, this summer over in Canada.
Ik en m'n lief, deze zomer in Canada.

Just a still life in my studio. The little puppets are bathtoys for babies, designed by me.
Zomaar een stilleven op mijn werkkamer. De poppetjes zijn badspeeltjes die ik heb ontworpen.
